Pharmacy Directory Program
The WINhealth Partners: Preferred Drug List (PDL) was developed by your local physicians and pharmacists and is an important part of your prescription drug benefit program. The PDL includes brand name and generic drugs that are recommended for use in your pharmacy benefit program. Your coverage plan determines how these may be covered for you. Most benefit plans offer coverage for non-PDL brands, but often at a higher co-payment level.

Inclusion of a particular medication on the PDL is not a guarantee of coverage. The level of benefits received is based on your prescription drug benefit design and on the PDL status of each drug at the time the prescription is filled and the member's level of coverage. Coverage is not based on the Internet version of PDL.

The PDL includes medications that may be subject to specified quantity levels, or may require prior authorization before dispensing. Your pharmacist can initiate these steps for you.
The development and maintenance of our PDL is a dynamic process. Our Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee regularly reviews new and existing medications to ensure the drug list remains responsive to the needs of our members and network providers.

Pharmacy Network
The WINhealth Partners' network of participating pharmacies is a national network that includes most major pharmacy chains. The Pharmacy Directory includes both chain and independent pharmacies that participate and is updated monthly.

Please check your benefit materials or call Customer Service to determine if a particular pharmacy is in your network. Actual coverage for pharmacy services is determined by your benefit contract, and not by the information displayed on this website.
