Medicare Disclaimers
Network Providers
You can use any doctor who is part of our network. You may also go to doctors outside of our network. We may not pay for services you receive outside of our network, but Medicare will pay for its share of charges it approves. You will be responsible for paying the Medicare deductible and coinsurance for those services.
You won't be turned away because of a pre-existing condition, except for Medicare rules about hospice care and ESRD.
Premiums and Benefits
The Plan's Medicare's contract with Medicare is renewed annually. The availability of coverage beyond the end of the current contract year is not guaranteed.
Premiums, benefits, and/or cost sharing may change each year. Existing Members may move or change plans during the open enrollment period only. Members cannot change plans outside the open enrollment period. WINhealth Partners Medicare is offered through Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP). RMHP contracts with the Federal government and is a Federally qualified HMO with a Medicare contract.
Mediare beneficiaries may be enrolled in only one Part D plan at a time
For WINhealth Partners Medicare plans with medical benefits, individuals are able to enroll in WINhealth Partners if they are enrolled under Medicare Parts A and B or B only and reside in our service area.
In addition to the applicable WINhealth Partners Medicare plan premium, Members continue to pay the Original Medicare Part B premium.
